MA-Lillove private Limited must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order after which the Order can be accepted and the Contract formed. Once payment is received, confirmation of your Order will be sent to your email address provided. The Order Confirmation email will include your Name, the Order Number, Product details, total price inclusive of all taxes, delivery charges. Acceptance of the payment by MA-Lillove private Limited will bring into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms.
Availability of Goods
MA-Lillove private Limited will make every effort to ensure that Products ordered are in stock. However, if MA-Lillove Pvt Limited has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, then we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by MA-Lillove Pvt Limited from your card will be re-credited to your account, and MA-Lillove Pvt Limited will notify you by email at the address given by you when you submitted your Order. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 15 days of your Order. MA-Lillove Pvt Limited will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment, delay and any costs suffered
- All the orders will be shipped within 2 to 7 working days from the placement of the order. It might take 5 to 10 working days during national and / or regional holidays or any other State declared holidays.
- Free Shipping for orders worth Rs. 799+ all over India. All International shipping charges are based on weight per item purchased and will be to the account of the customer.
- All custom design & Handwork/Embroidery work fabric dispatch within 6 to 8 working days.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination. For Metro cities, the order will reach you within 6-7 days. For Non-Metro, subsurban destinations or International delivery, it may take 3-14 days. These time frames for Delivery are subject to any prevailing exceptional circumstances including pandemic related situations, public unrest etc.

- We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the courier service (Speed Post) has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs or other conditions.
- Some postal service do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
- All orders are dispatched from Kothamagalam, Kerala. Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by contractual third part carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
- Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email.
- You can cancel your order any time before an order is shipped. A convenience charge of Rs. 20.00 will be deducted from the order amount before making the refund in that case.
- An order CANNOT be cancelled after shipment.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation of your order from our end, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment source.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the customer received a wrong order or there is a major manufacturing defect due to the hygienic nature of the product.
- In case of wrong/incomplete order or defective product, the unused product can be returned in the original condition. We will make the refund to your original payment source after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- We make sure to stamp ‘verified’ label for ensuring the quality checking after each packing and any damage happened by Customer’s carelessness of handling or opening the parcel may damage the items to scissors or penknife cut and dirt due to dirty hand cannot be returned or refunded.
- If you want to return a product, inform us via email or Whatsapp (contacts given in contact us page). With the proof such as photograph or video footage of the product you received. Once we confirm the return, you will have to ship the unused product in good condition, without any damage back to us. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- A convenience charge of Rs.50/- will be deducted from the order amount before making the refund.
- All disputes, claims will be subject to the laws of the Republic of India, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the District of Ernakulam.
